Who Are The Glamaphones
We are a rainbow community choir based in Wellington.
Our emphasis is on participation, inclusion and building our LGBTQI+ community. The choir is in good health with around 60 active members.
The Glamaphones began in 2011, evolving out of the Homophones, a gay men's choir that started in 2007.
We sing for enjoyment and work hard to create wonderful music. We sing a range of music including; pop, classical, spirituals, world, choral, musical and jazz classics.

Our rehearsals are open to potential new members, so feel free to visit if you're interested.
We rehearse every Thursday evening at 6:30pm, at St. Andrew's on The Terrace (Wellington).
